SILIKE® LYSI-401

SILIKE® LYSI-401 by ChengDU Silike Technology is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LDPE resin. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. It has no affect on the surface printing or painting. It exhibits reduced melt viscosity, no blooming and improved flow characteristics. It offers low coefficient of friction, good hand feel, improved surface finish, scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides low extruder torque, die pressure and increase throughout. Designed for processing by molding. Designed for processing by molding and pelleting. SILIKE® LYSI-401 is used in high-speed packaging film/bottle, HDPE pipe , wire & cable compounds, automobile interior trims/ bumper compounds and TPE compounds applications. Recommended dosage level is 1 - 5%.
