SILIKE® LYSI-405

SILIKE® LYSI-405 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. It improves processing properties, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. Offers reduced coefficient of friction, improved anti-friction properties, scratch and abrasion resistance. Possesses low extruder torque, mold filling, mold release, reduced equipment wear and product defect rate. Provides no blooming, good stability, improved surface smoothness, gloss and enhanced silk texture. Shows compatibility with polycarbonate (PC). SILIKE® LYSI-405 is used in automotive parts and house appliances. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 - 5%.
