SILIKE® LYSI-409

SILIKE® LYSI-409 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a non-migratory, 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin. Provides surface without precipitation, glossing effect, improved surface smoothness, processing performance, improved anti-friction properties, scratch and abrasion resistance. Possesses enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improved impact strength, good stability and enhanced silk texture. Offers low coefficient of friction, surface quality, liquidity, demolding and dispersion. Shows low extruder torque, mold filling, mold release, reduced equipment wear and product defect rate. Designed for processing by molding and pelletizing. SILIKE® LYSI-409 is used in TPU films and thermoplastic elastomer applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 - 5%.
