SILIKE® LYSI-410

SILIKE® LYSI-410 by ChengDU Silike Technology improves processing properties and surface quality. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in high impact polystyrene (HIPS). It exhibits faster throughput, enhanced stability and better molding filling and release. It offers good flowability, and mar-, scratch- & abrasion resistance. It provides reduced extrusion die drool, product defect rate, low extruder torque and coefficient of friction. It designed for classical melt lending processes like single twin/screw extruders and injection molding. It is used as an efficient additive for PS compatible resin system. Recommended usage level of 0.5-5.0% by weight. SILIKE® LYSI-410 has a shelf life of 24 months.
