SILIKE® LYSI-412

SILIKE® LYSI-412 by ChengDU Silike Technology improves processing properties and surface quality. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It offers good flowability, and mar-, scratch- & abrasion resistance. It provides reduced extrusion die drool, product defect rate, low extruder torque and coefficient of friction. It exhibits faster throughput, enhanced stability and better molding filling and release. It designed for the classical melt lending processes like single twin/screw extruders and injection molding. SILIKE® LYSI-412 is applicable as an efficient additive for PE compatible resin system. Recommended usage level is 0.5-5.0% by weight. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
