SILIKE® LYSI-415

SILIKE® LYSI-415 by Chengdu Silike Technology is a silicone masterbatch. It is designed for processing by extrusion and molding. Used in PVC cable compounds. Provides flow, no screw slippage, surface quality, improved processing, and better mold release. Exhibits less extruder torque, smoke density, mold filling, and low defective rate. Possesses lower coefficient of friction (COF), gloss, better silk feeling, enhanced scratch, abrasion, and flame resistance. Offers impact strength, good stability, non-migratory precipitation, smoothness, and less effect on mechanical properties. Shows compatibility with PC, ABS, and PC/ ABS. The recommended dosage level of SILIKE® LYSI-415 is 0.5 - 10%.
