SILIPLAS 2070

SILIPLAS 2070 distributed by DKSH is a highly effective anti-squeaking masterbatch for polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) alloy. It is an easy to handle, free-flowing polysiloxane with reduced stick-slip.

• It offers long-lasting noise reduction, effective performance with low addition amount and low coefficient of friction (COF) at lower cost.
• It provides minimal impact on the key mechanical properties of PC/ABS (impact, modulus, strength and elongation).
• It is processed by melt-extrusion and injection molding.
• It optimizes design freedom by implementing complex geometric shapes and simplifies production by avoiding secondary operations.
• It is used in automotive interior (trim, dashboard and console), electrical parts (refrigerator tray), trash can, washing machine, dishwasher and building components (window frames).
• Recommended usage level is 3-8%.
• SILIPLAS 2070 has a shelf life of 24 months.
