WPL20

WPL20 by ChengDU Silike Technology improves surface quality and processing properties with both internal and external lubricant effects. It is a solid pellet containing UHMV silicone copolymer dispersed in HDPE designed for wood plastic composite. It reduces COF and lower extruder torque. It shows durable scratch and abrasion resistance. It shows an excellent surface finish with good hand feel and higher extrusion line speed. It is a cost-saving grade with no negative effect on mechanical properties. It is designed for classical melt blending processes like twin/screw extruders and injection molding. It is compatible with PP and PVC. WPL20 has a shelf life of 24 months. Recommended usage level is 0.5-3.0%.
