CESA™ process9102 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a processing aid masterbatch containing effective active substance in LLDPE,HDPE and PP carrier. It coats the inner surface of the die and reduces the friction between the melt as well as the metal and allows polymer to extrude more easily. It enables difficult-to-process materials such as narrow molecular weight LLDPE and LDPE-rich blends to run on existing extrusion lines. It lowers the friction, eliminates or reduces melt fracture and die buildup. It is highly recommended for LDPE extrusion and LLDPE film extrusion. Also recommended for HDPE and PP extrusion. The dosage level is 0.5-1.5 %.
