CESA™ stat 3101

CESA™ stat 3101 by Avient is an antistating agent masterbatch containing the effective substance in LDPE-LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, PP carriers. It is easier to disperse uniformly than antistatic agents in liquid or paste form. The active ingredients of this masterbatch can also be combined with other additives and pigments in a single easy-to-use masterbatch. It reduces the surface resistivity, helps to avoid damage due to sudden discharge of static current, sheet and film to cling and stacked products to stick together and also improves processibility and mold release. It is highly recommended for film extrusion, injection and blow molding. CESA™ stat 3101 is used in food-, cosmetics- and electronics packaging. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-3.5 %.
