Exolit® IFR 36 by Clariant is a halogen-free ammonium polyphosphate designed for thermosets, especially epoxy resins. Acts as a flame retardant. Shows phosphorus/nitrogen synergism and good intumescence. In can be used alone or in combination with aluminium trihydrate (ATH). Exolit® IFR 36 has a shelf life of 12 months.
