Exolit® OP 950 by Clariant is a non-hygroscopic, highly efficient, melting phosphinate. Acts as a flame retardant suitable for melt-spinning, thermoplastics and synthetic fibers. It has high phosphorus content. It shows minimal impact on physical properties. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level of Exolit® OP 950 is 5-10% for PET and 10-15% for PBT.
