Polyglykol® 9000 S by Clariant is a polyethylene glycol. It is used as a mold release agent for rubber and elastomer processing. Shows typical chemical reactions of alcohols/diols and a very low evaporation rate. Polyglykol® 9000 S is a yellowish flake. It is soluble in water and polar organic solvents like acetone or methanol. It is insoluble in pure hydrocarbons. Polyglykol® 9000 S is compatible with cellulose, polyester and polyurethane.
