EMULTROL DFM CP-1 by Concentrol is a polydimethylsiloxanes and dispersed silicas. Acts as an anti-foaming agent. Exhibits good shear stability and can be used to prepare long term foam inhibition effect emulsions using common surfactant agents. EMULTROL DFM CP-1 is used in textile industry especially for dyeing machinery (jet type) and manufacturing of resins. Initial dose ranges from 50 ppm to 100 ppm (0.005-0.01%), depending on the foaming system.
