EMULTROL PS-2460

EMULTROL PS-2460 by Concentrol is an alkyl phenol alkoxylates (APEO's)-free aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxanes. Acts as a release agent, anti-adherent and lubricant. Oil phase is a medium viscosity fluid with non-permanent behavior. Exhibits excellent emulsion stability even after dilution and good surface wetting properties. The dried film offers water repellent properties. It is used in molding of rubber parts (shoes, tyres, mats), plastic parts, resin bonded sound proofing carpets, shell molds for metal casting, conveyor belts, presses for fired refractories and offset printing machine folding bars. EMULTROL PS-2460 complies with FDA regulations.
