Atmer™ 122

Atmer™ 122 by Cargill is a vegetable-based, short term internal additive which combines migratory anti-static benefits with an in-process lubrication effect. It migrates to the surface of the polymer to reduce surface resistivity and allow dissipation of static charge. It offers mold release benefits. It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and flexible polyvinylchloride (PVC). Also, compatible with acrylic/vinylic/UV systems. Atmer™ 122 is used in caps & closures, film production, foams and injection molding applications. The typical addition levels are 0.1-1.0%. It has a shelf life of 730 days.
