Optislip™ 203

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Cargill
Optislip™ 203 by Cargill is a bio-based, secondary amide-based slip and anti-block additive. It is effective at providing medium/controlled slip in polyolefins.
  • It offers slower migration to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer.
  • Recommended for co-extruded and laminated structures and provides good mold release in engineering polymers.
  • It reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
  • The recommended usage level is 500 to 2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
  • Optislip™ 203 has a shelf life of 365 days.
