Optislip™ S (Bead)

Optislip™ S (Bead) by Cargill is a non-vegetable origin, fast acting, migrating slip and anti-blocking additive suitable for low temperatures. It is designed for polyolefins and rubber applications. It exhibits mold release.
  • It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase and migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer that reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
  • Recommended addition level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
  • Optislip™ S (Bead) has a shelf life of 365 days.
