Optislip™ SRV (Bead)

Optislip™ SRV (Bead) by Cargill is a bio-based, refined steramide that provides slip and anti-blocking performance at low temperatures. It offers mold release properties.

It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase and migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer that reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
Optislip™ SRV (Bead) is suitable for polyolefins and rubber applications.
Recommended addition level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
It has a shelf life of 365 days.
