Incroflo™ 1200

Incroflo™ 1200 by Croda acts as a lubricant, processing agent and release agent. Allows increased throughput/ production output of wood plastic composites (WPC) during processing by increasing flow rate and dispersion. This further allows for lower processing temperatures and pressures during manufacture. Functions as a barrier between WPC and extruder to reduce wear, especially on screws. Optimizes mechanical performance as measured by MOR, MOE & Charpy impact resistance. Provides superior surface finish and enhanced mold release. Reduces water absorption, which can otherwise lead to warping. It will migrate to the surface to allow consistent mold release in injection molding. It is compatible with PE, PP and PVC. Its typical addition levels are 1–5%.
