Incroslip™ C (Powder)

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Cargill
Incroslip™ C (Powder) by Cargill is a vegetable origin slip additive with exceptional stability, low odor and taste profile for sensitive applications. It is designed for high organoleptic stability applications where torque release is needed such as caps and closures for carbonated soft drinks. It offers scratch resistance and mold release.
  • It is suitable for injection molding applications.
  • It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase.
  • It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer, reducing the coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.2% for film and 0.2-0.5% for cap applications.
  • It is used in polyolefins, EVA, and PVC.
  • Incroslip™ C (Powder) has a shelf life of 1 year.
