Incroslip™ Q

Incroslip™ Q by Cargill is a high slip additive with low odor, low taste and exceptional oxidative stability. It also acts as a torque release agent in a range of beverage caps & closures, including bottled water. It offers anti-block and mold release properties. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion. Incroslip™ Q is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is designed for polyolefins, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polyvinylchloride (PVC), biopolymers and sensitive applications. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.2% for film and 0.2-0.5% for cap applications. It has a shelf life of 365 days.
