LYSI -506E

LYSI -506E distributed by DKSH is a siloxane polymer masterbatch. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in polypropylene (HOPP).
  • It is widely used as an efficient additive for PP compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality such as surface slip, better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar, scratch and abrasion resistance.
  • LYSI -506E is used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders and injection molding.
  • It enhances stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricant.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5% (w/w).
  • It has a shelf life of 24 months.
  • It is available in Europe.
