Deoflow 821 by DOG Chemie acts as a lubricant, dispersing and mold release agent. It is zinc-free and effective against mill sticking. It imparts positive influence on flow and release in the injection molding process.

Deoflow 821 exhibits higher temperature stability and low dropping point.
Mainly recommended for FKM (Fluoroelastomers), ACM (Alkyl acrylate copolymer), NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), CR (Chloroprene rubber) and H-NBR (Hydrogenated Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber).
Typical dosage rate is 1-3 phr.
