Deovulc® BG 287 by DOG Chemie is a synergistic combination of different accelerators which cannot form dangerous nitrosamines. Acts as a vulcanizing accelerator. Offers rapid vulcanization, good heat stability and improved compression set. Recommended for nitrosamine-free, non-blooming and non-staining vulcanized articles, mainly EPDM. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding. The dosage rates are 4-6 phr for black compounds, 5-7 phr for light-colored compounds and 0.8-1.5 phr for sulphur.
