Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6610A by Doston (Beijing) Technology is a highly efficient heat stabilizer with classic copper-based compound and synergist. It is an inorganic halogen compound and does not melt under most processing condition. It can restrain yellowing. It shows excellent retention ratio of mechanical properties under UV light. It offers long aging resistance under 150-180°C to glass fiber reinforced PA6 or PA66. It is recommended for all kinds of polyamide products, such as non-filler, mineral filler, glass-fiber reinforcement, inflaming retarding and monofilament. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-1wt%, 0.3wt% for glass-fiber reinforced PA66 and 0.1wt% for inflaming retarding polyamide with melamine uric acid. The shelf life of Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6610A is 12 months.
