Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6620A by Doston (Beijing) Technology is a highly efficient heat stabilizer with improved copper-based compound and synergist. It is an organic compound and suitable for melt processing. It shows no color change, good comparative tracking index, high heat stability and excellent retention ratio of mechanical properties under UV light. It can restrain yellowing. It offers long aging resistance under 150-180°C to glass fiber reinforced PA6 or PA66. It is recommended for all kinds of polyamide products, such as non-filler, mineral filler, inflaming retarding and monofilament. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-1wt% and 0.3wt% for glass-fiber reinforced PA66 and also in monofilament of polyamide. The shelf life of Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6620A is 12 months.
