MULTIBASE™ HMB-1903 Masterbatch by DuPont is a silicone-based anti-squeak grade. It is used in compounding or in direct dilution in injection process. The product is highly effective in PC/ABS blends. It is used in no post-treatment: replacement of anti-squeaking coating’s, external greases and felt.

It improves flexibility in production & wear resistance and free-up design capabilities.
It reduces total cost of design and offers good surface finishing.
It is used in car interior such as dashboards, central consoles and trims.
The typical loading is between 3–5 wt%.
The shelf life of this product is 48 months.
