MULTIBASE™ MB50-801 Masterbatch

MULTIBASE™ MB50-801 Masterbatch by DuPont is a processing aid. It is a pelletized formulation containing 50% of a silica-modified high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in polypropylene. This product imparts benefits such as processing improvements and modification of surface characteristics. It provides fast production cycle. MULTIBASE™ MB50-801 Masterbatch is compatible with PP polymer system. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-10%. It has a shelf life 48 months. It can be added during compounding in an extruder or dry blended at the feed hopper during injection molding, profile, sheet extrusion or other conventional thermoplastics processes.
