XIAMETER™ MEM-0346 Emulsion

XIAMETER™ MEM-0346 Emulsion by Dow is an APEO-free, general purpose mold release agent and lubricant. This aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane provides gloss & water repellency and good wetting & slip characteristics. This product shows good emulsion stability up to 50°C, good dilution stability up to 2% in water and good freeze-thaw stability (5 cycles). XIAMETER™ MEM-0346 Emulsion is used in mold release of rubber or plastic parts (stoppers, screw tops, bungs) and lubrication of extruded rubber parts and conveyor belts. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
