FUSABOND™ M613-05

FUSABOND™ M613-05 by Dow is used as a coupling agent between PP and glass fibers for injection molding applications. It is PP homopolymer grafted with MAH. Mainly short glass fibers are used in conjunction with this grade. It can be used as a coupling agent between PP and flame retardant fillers such as magnesium hydroxide or other fillers such as calcium carbonate. It can also be used as a compatibilizer between polyamide or polyester and PP. FUSABOND™ M613-05 is FDA approved.
