VINYZENE™ IT-4010 EDIDP

Antimicrobial solution of 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one in a nonvolatile plasticizer carrier. It is compatible with vinyl, PU, TPO, TPE and other polymers. Provides long term preservation against fungal attack. Provides good heat stability, good water leaching resistance ans is heavy metal free. Used for vinyl film and sheeting, extruded profiles, plastisols, molded goods, organosols, fabric coatings, urethanes and urethane foams, and similar polymeric systems. It is recommended at concentrations between 0.8% and 1.2% (of the total formulation batch) and for outdoor applications, a level of 1.2% is recommended in vinyl formulations for maximum effectiveness.
