VORASURF™ FF 5959 Additive

VORASURF™ FF 5959 Additive by Dow is a silicone-based surfactant. It is used as a co-surfactant to introduce finer cells/ pneumaticity in production of flexible slabstock polyurethane foams. Used in MDI viscoelastic foams, flexible slabstock foam, high ethylene oxide rich polyol-based MDI/ TDI systems and MDI viscoelastic foams. It is compliant with stringent low cyclics requirements. It addresses mattress-in-a-box, at-home delivery market trend enables low density, lightweight bedding and furniture. VORASURF™ FF 5959 Additive is recommended at a dosage of 0.2–1 pphp and has a shelf life of 18 months.s
