Regalite™ R1090 Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a tackifier based on EVA copolymers and SIS block co-polymers requiring excellent color retention upon aging. It is a low molecular weight fully hydrogenated, water-white, inert, thermoplastic resin derived from petrochemical feedstocks. It offers light color, adhesion, resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation. It provides good compatibility with natural- and synthetic rubbers, APAO, SBS block copolymers, polyethylene and polypropylene polymers. Regalite™ R1090 Hydrocarbon Resin is used in non-food contact-, specialty tape, and tires. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
