Santoflex™ 134PD

Santoflex™ 134PD by Eastman is an effective polymerization inhibitor, antioxidant and antiozonant. It provides protection against fatigue degradation in both static and dynamic operating conditions. It offers excellent high-temperature fatigue-, flex resistance and ozone protection due to its specific molecular structure and higher rubber solubility. It is least affected by environmental variables such as heat or leaching leading to greater durability. It will discolor compounds and cause severe contact and migration staining. It offers good stability with a wide range of solutions and emulsion polymers. It is used as an inhibitor in styrene monomer, p-methyl styrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate esters production and as a column antifoulant. It is compatible with natural and synthetic elastomer compounds. Santoflex™ 134PD is applicable in pneumatic tire components, solid tires, belts, hoses, cables, automotive mounts, bushings and general mechanical products. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
