Polyethyleneglycol cocoate. Acts as a plasticizer as well as a viscosity modifier. Manufactured by reacting a polyethylene glycol with lauric acid (coconut oil). It is water soluble. Offers good wetting and dispersion properties along with low foaming tendency. It is hydrolysed under hot alkaline conditions. Recommended for PVC plastisols.
