Polyplastol 19

Polyplastol 19 by Eigenmann & Veronelli is a mixture of selected fatty acids. It is suitable for the processing of polychloroprene, ethylene propylene copolymer and butadiene-, nitrile-, natural- & styrene butadiene rubber by extrusion. It is used to reduce compound viscosity and to achieve higher extrusion rate and better productivity. It offers compact and smooth surface in the finished goods. It provides improved calender & die-plate productivity. Recommended dosage level of Polyplastol 19 is 2-3 phr. The shelf life of the grade is 2 years.
