LOXIOL® EP 55

Glycerol ester. LOXIOL® EP 55 by Emery Oleochemicals acts as anti-blocking/slip agent, release and antistatic agent. Minimizes the risk of electrical discharge that may cause fire or explosion. Reduces dust accumulation that affects performance and appearance of plastic products. Improves handling during transportation, packaging and storage. Improves the surface finish. Offers prevention of surface defects caused by the separation process. Also improves the injection molding process by reducing friction and allowing for more efficient processing. Helps to minimize cycle times and allow for continuous production. It effectively improves the production by preventing adhesion, especially in winding of film rolls, bag production, and other packaging operations. Applications include consumer and industrial goods packaging, flooring in technical environments, and sensitive electronic components. LOXIOL® EP 55 is compatible with ABS, PE, PP, PS and PU. Its recommended dosage level is 0.5-1.0%.
