AP 1965 S by Everkem is a tetrabromobisphenol S bis-(2,3-dibromopropyl ether) grade. Acts as a flame retardant. This additive has applications in PP(polypropylene), PE(polyethylene), PVC(polyvinylchloride), HIPS(high impact polystyrene), ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), XPS (extruded polystyrene foam), EPS(expanded polystyrene), TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane) and textile back-coating. AP 1965 S complies with Regulation 1907/2006 of the European Community concerning the registration, evaluation and authorization of chemical substances.
