ACCUREL® GA302

ACCUREL® GA302 by Evonik is an anti-static masterbatch for styrenic films, sheets or injection molded parts. Also applicable as a release agent for injection molded parts and cell stabilizer for polystyrene based foams. It improves surface appearance. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by pre-blending it with the base resin. Recommended at a dosage rate of 1.5-3.0 % for anti-static effect, 1.0-1.5 % for mold release and 2.0-4.0 % for cell stabilization. Complies with EU regulation EC 10/2011, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and 21 CFR (FDA) Sec. 177.1640 for polystyrene and rubber-modified polystyrene. It is listed with respect to its active standard composition in GB 9685-2016 for use in plastics with food contact. ACCUREL® GA302 has a shelf life of 12 months.
