ACCUREL® GA303

ACCUREL® GA303 by Evonik is a cell stabilizer, especially for EVA foams. Provides fast anti-static performance for polyolefin-based films, sheets or injection molded parts. It delays the exchange of foaming agent with ambient air. Also used as a release agent, disperses homogeneously during processing even at low addition levels and is suitable for transparent applications. It can be incorporated using gravimetric or volumetric dosing equipment or by pre-blending it with the base resin. It is recommended at a dosage rate of 0.4-1.0 % for anti-static effect; 0.3-0.5 % for mold release and 1.0-2.0 % for cell stabilization. Complies with EU regulation EC 10/2011, 21 CFR (FDA) Sec. 177.1350 (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers) and REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. ACCUREL® GA303 is listed with GB 9685-2016 for use in plastics (PP, PE, EVA) and rubber with food contact. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
