Ancamine® AEP

Ancamine® AEP by Evonik is an accelerating co-curing agent for other amines designed for use in liquid epoxy resins. It is a 96% minimum purity grade of N-aminoethyl-piperazine. It is characterized by rapid gel at room temperature to give a B-stage cure. It requires an elevated temperature post-cure to obtain optimum properties, notably high impact strength and good thermal shock resistance. It is suitable for formulation with flexibilizers and accelerators to give systems that will cure It has a recommended dosage level of 23 phr.
