Dabco® BA305

Dabco® BA305 by Evonik acts as a catalyst. It is compatible with other commonly used polyurethane catalysts and additives. It can be used in combination with Dabco® NE1090 non emissive gel catalyst to help maintaining physical properties of TDI molded foams after humid aging. Dabco® BA305 is also a candidate for consideration in MDI molded foam when Daimler physical properties and low amine emission in the VDA 278 FOG specification is required. In MDI and TDI systems, recommended usage ranges from 0.40-0.6 pphp.
