Dabco® BX405

Dabco® BX405 by Evonik is a high efficiency amine catalyst. Shows better post-curing performance than DMCHA and catalytic activity equivalent to DMCHA. It strongly catalyzes the reaction of polyol with isocyanate to shorten post-cure. Also has better de-mold property than DMCHA as well as flow-ability and K-factor as good as DMCHA. Dabco® BX405 can be used in various applications of rigid foam, especially for appliance formulations.
