Dabco® DC6070 by Evonik acts as an emulsifier. Possesses ability to eliminate basal cell formation in difficult-to-mold tooling. Offers excellent foam surface appearance and vent stability as well as bulk stability. It prevents foam defects such as coarse cell structure and subsurface voiding. Used in cold-cure flexible molded TDI polyurethane foam. Typical usage level ranges from 0.5-1.0 pph.
