Dabco® JXP508

Dabco® JXP508 by Evonik is a highly efficient amine catalyst. Based on its trimerization capability, it could provide very good post-curing to foam. Improves adhesion strength of foam to substrate. It enhances trimer content and improves flame retardant property. It also improves system flowability and foam density distribution by smoothly rising profile, foam brittleness, results in fine cell structure. Dabco® JXP508 is specially recommended for PIR rigid foam such as laminations, bun stock and pipes. The use level is recommended from 1-5% in formulation.
