Dabco® NE1070

Dabco® NE1070 by Evonik is a non-emissive amine catalyst. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in flexible foam applications to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278, and eliminates wind-shield fogging or vinyl staining.

• It is an alternative to Dabco 33-LV® catalyst that can also be used in rigid foam.
• Offers no amine catalyst emissions, no VOC emissions, no vinyl staining and no windshield fogging.
• Dabco® NE1070 is used in water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resiliency (HR) foam as well as in TDI/MDI or MDI-based cold-cured molded polyurethane foam.
