Dabco® NE500

Dabco® NE500 by Evonik acts as a non-emissive amine catalyst. It is used in flexible slabstock applications to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements. Shows equivalent foam physical properties, master batch stability and excellent foam flow properties. It promotes urethane reaction, reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. Possesses reduced foam odor and no catalyst VOCs for emission-sensitive applications. It produces fine and regular-celled foam. Offers no windshield fogging contributions in automotive applications. It is also compatible with other commonly used polyurethane catalysts and additives. Dabco® NE500 is used in water-blown, MeCl2-blown or other alternative blowing agent slabstock polyurethane foam systems.
