Dabco® NE600

Dabco® NE600 is a balanced non-emissive amine catalyst by Evonik. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in flexible slabstock applications to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements. Possesses reduced foam odor and no catalyst VOCs for emission-sensitive applications. It produces fine, regular-celled foam. Possesses equivalent foam physical properties, master batch stability and excellent foam flow properties. Exhibits reduced emissions in foam production environments and no windshield fogging contributions in automotive applications. Used in water blown, MeCl2-blown or other alternative blowing agent slabstock polyurethane foam systems. Dabco® NE600 is compatible with other commonly used polyurethane catalysts and additives.
