Dabco® PM301

Dabco® PM301 by Evonik acts as a surfactant. Designed to improve the efficiency of blowing agents used in rigid polyurethane foam, in particular spray foam. Offers a reduction in the use level of the blowing agent while maintaining foam physical properties. It solubilizes blowing agent and suppresses vapor pressure of resin side. It reduces polyol side viscosity and enhances foam thermal performance by improving blowing agent compatibilization within resin. It produces fine, uniform cells and smoother foam surface. It also reduces pin holes and has good compatibility with common rigid foam polyols and resin pre-blends. Recommended use level of Dabco® PM301 ranges from 1.5-4.0 %wt.
